Here are my lists of recommended gear and equipment to carry in each of the 3 types of first aid kits I use. You can print out the PDF for reference. The 3 kits I recommend everyone carry can be combined into one large kit but I find that it makes it harder to locate the one thing you are looking for. I also recommend you print out a copy of what is in your own FAK so that you don't have to pull everything out.
