Parking in Moab

We are heading out to Moab for the weekend but I have a buddy that is only able to join us halfway through and will need to park his car Friday night through Sunday morning. Does anyone have any recommendations for a lot or area where they wouldn't get a ticket or towed?

Try asking the folks at Up the Creek Campground. ( (435) 260-1888 moabupthecreek.com ) They have always treated me well and have a fairly large lot, If they're not full up they might part with a parking space for the weekend.

I appreciate the information. I checked with him again last night and he is a bit more on the fence regarding the trip due to work. We will see if he still plans to head out. Thanks for the help!

Theres a handful of Mtn Bike trailheads out on Hwy 313 where you can leave a car. You can put it in the side lot at the City Market in town as well.
