Overland tent with fishing rod pod?!

So I've been slowly but surely trying to plan out the build for my 2019 Tacoma OR, BUT I've ran into a problem. I'm running an aluminum camper shell on the back with roof rack on the camper and cab. Of course this will carry the rooftop tent, but I'm an avid Angler and would love to be able to carry a Rod Pod to hold my fishing rods. I'm not sure if there will be enough real estate to secure the pod once the tent is on with out custom modifications. Has anyone else ran into a similar problem?

I don't have a Rod Pod but I do carry 6 or 7 rods in a ABS tube strapped to the outside of my rack. I use pipe clamps to secure it. The kayak and surf boards take up the rest of the inside of the rack. It's a 9 ft tube.
