Daily Commute is some highways, usually stop and go, and some back roads, Is there something that you can do to prevent the auto from overheating cause of towing? Do the Auto Trans last under high is stress from crawling and off-roading, or will I have to replace / rebuild more often? Will be semi-regularly towing 1500ish #'s, along with towing it off-road, so will the trans be able to handle towing off-road? (deep-ish ruts {a foot or so}, gravel road with lots of dips and holes, along with graded fire roads, not super steep and some steep-ish) I would prefer a Auto, but have never tried Manual real life, only in video games.

Thx

An auxiliary cooler can help.

If it winds up needing to be rebuilt it may be able to be built stronger.

Lots of folks tow with an auto trans. It just comes with a potential price.

you really can not go wrong with a taco. I have owned a few over the years.
I am currently torn between a full size or midsize , specifically a 2011 -2014 f250 or a Colorado ZR2 diesel
