Hello everyone !! A friend and myself are going to be heading through the sand dunes rec area for a few day to explore round the end of April and I figured I would see if anyone else wants to join?
For those who don't know its right along the central OR coast. You can drive right out on the dunes and along the coast. I have always wanted to check it out but not yet been. There areas within the dunes where camping is aloud.
The exact dates are flexible as this is part of a month long trip through UT, NV, CA, OR, and WA where we will both end up for summer work. Open to anyone who wants to join at the dunes or tag along for any other parts of our trip. We both have mildly lifted 4x4s and don't plan on wheelin super hard. Mostly seeing the sights, re-learning how to fish, and drinking beers.
Our route is flexible and I'd be happy to hear other suggestions in the area. So let me know if you want to come out to join! Dates will get nailed down soon but likely the last few days of April will work best.
