I have a 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser and my vehicle will not start . I have spark because I used starter fluid to try and see if it would start. ?

I got my 100 series for next to nothing because it wouldn't start... turned out the issue was not enough power getting to the ECU, therefore the anti-theft wasn't letting the fuel and ignition systems work. We bypassed the fuse block and it fired up (only took five months of occasional tinkering to figure it out).
