Resolved No access to explore and plan

Good Day

I am a new member which I've already received my welcome package. Of the three access ports, two are unavailable to me (explore and plan). How do I get access?

On the home page, there are 3 choices...Connect -Map - Plan...I don't have access to Map and Plan (greyed out)...

Yes, I am using the android app...the desktop version seems to be working.

The app isn't fully released yet so some aspects are still not available including the map and rally point.
