I can only make it out after work on Friday. I would be able to make it to the camp site by 7pm. How are the roads for that time of evening?

2WD well marked forest highways basically for the most part. Evening/night travel should be fine. @Kent R has been to base camp and as soon as he's back online, he can chime in and verify.

I can check on base, but I think I saw a good deal on 5 to 10 lbs of some sort of BBQ pork rib cutlet something or others for a good price.

It does not look like I can make this one. I certainly enjoyed the last work party up there in August. I've tried twisting things this way and that way, but I just don't think I can take the time off from work for this trip.
