Looking to see what weekend would work best for everyone that would be interested in a Meetup. There are lots of recreational opportunities around this area of Lake Chelan, Wa. There is a primitive camping area that is free at one of the smaller lakes by Lake Chelan. If you have not been to this side of Washington State you are in for treat! The weather is usually just starting to warm up without being too warm to camp comfortably. This is the weekend after Mother's Day, and before Memorial day weekend. Just thinking before the crowds are out camping too. I would be open to the weekend of Memorial Day, if that works better for everyone, and we could start trying to save camping sites on Thursday for the busy weekend. If it works, the weekend of the 18th of May, good chance of having the area all to our group. Please respond with what weekend would work out best? Also, if everyone wants Memorial Day weekend, any one that is willing to come up earlier and help save the camping sites. There is one section of sites by the lake with a public outhouse! The rest do not have this? Open to ideas as to date and outhouse or not? Hope to hear soon from you to come up with a firm date. Thank you, Benz.
