Used my Defender for a long run (120 odd miles) for the first time in a while today (now I'm back to using it as a daily driver) normally only 30 miles each way to work ................ love it ............. dear thing ............... 
Maybe I've got soft and too used to driving a "normal" car for the last few months, but why does it have to start making a noise I've never heard before, and then mark it's territory everywhere I park, when it's had all the gearbox and transfer box seals changed. And a hub seal started weeping today.
Oh the joys of LR ownership ........ a rolling maintenance program ........................... at least a lot of it is always going to be new, or nearly new .................
