Land rover discovery ii question

I'm looking for other owners to gather some info. I need to find someone with a 3-5 inch lift fitted. I'd like to know a measurement from the ground to the bottom of the bumper for the silly inspection rules here in wv it's not allowed to be over 31 inches for both front and rear. Thanks in advance
