Just got my emblem, it's all scrached and dinged up =(

Hello,
So sorry to complain about this, I received my Overland Bound emblem today and it's in bad shape. There are scratches through the middle of the vehicle and noticeable dings on the lower half of the badge. I would love to mount this on my Jeep and take a pic for the forum, but not in this condition. I know it's being mounted on an off road vehicle, but I'd prefer if it looked brand new when I got it. Please advise, and again sorry for the complaint.

Hey @Sound Chaser - no need at all to apologize. I'm very sorry to hear your emblem is in bad shape; that shouldn't happen.

Best thing to do is send your name, contact info, and a photo or two of the emblem to info@overlandbound.com . I've also alerted OLB HQ of your issue and of your post here. They'll be watching for your email and will send out a new one.

Just received my replacement badge and it looks great as promised. Now to mount it on the jeep and take some pictures! But first, I think I'm going to spray on a clear coat of some kind to protect it from the salty winters we endure here in the North East.
