Within the next couple of weeks I'll be installing a 4.5 inch lift, 35" tires, and a roof rack and the Jeep barely fits in the garage as is, so I'll be losing that shelter to work on the rig. I rent but have a huge back yard, and I'm thinking about getting a large "gazebo" type garage with side walls and putting it back there. I'm wondering if anyone else does this, and if so, what sort of material do you use for the floor of it? I want something I can remove when we leave, and don't want to just work on grass which will likely turn into mud and won't be rigid enough for safely jacking the Jeep up. I'm thinking gravel and then just laying cardboard down when working on it?
