ahem... 2008 Ford Explorer XLT
Getting back into the offroad/overland community after selling my Wrangler back in 2006
Looking forward to learning some more about overlanding. Been hooked on YouTube videos for a couple of years now and I have loved the small adventures I have been on so far.
Just had a little taste of the life a couple of weeks ago with a rented Wrangler with RTT, overlanding in Utah. Such an awesome experience and I envy everyone over there in the West. Hope to get back there with my own rig some day.
The red Explorer is mine and really have only added all-terrains tires/wheels, RAM mount iPad holder, and a sound system. Really limited with the Explorer, especially when it comes to recovery points.
The picture of the Jeep is the one that I rented and explored Zion National Park with. Awesome time!
I look forward to getting to know everyone and maybe even connecting with others in the area.
