Good Morning!

I am a long time lurker, and finally made the jump to member a couple of months ago now (time flies when you have a newborn!), and happy to finally post! My name is Nikolas and my better half is named Ashly and we have two kiddos Izabella and Everett. We reside in Folsom and have managed a couple of camping trips so far together. In the past, Ashly was quite the backpacker until we got distracted with growing our family. It is time for us to now concentrate on getting out and disconnecting from the hustle of daily life, so we are looking forward to get out there and explore.

Our rig at the time is a Chevy Traverse which I feel should handle forest roads just fine and get something a bit more trail capable when the kids are older (2.5 y/o and 4 weeks old).

I will happily take any suggestions about overlanding with the kids and look forward to creating some new friendships!

Thank you!
