Is this a used unit for $275? Does that price include an antenna or other extras? I'm in the market for a GMRS and have priced them out, so I'm just wondering if something extra is included for that price. The radio is $199 direct from Midland, but I don't believe it has an antenna or anything other than a microphone and wiring.
