Garmin Overlander w/ Power switch vs. SPOD Bantam X with touchscreen

Was looking at buying an SPOD with touchscreen for my camper van, which does not have aftermarket support for custom switches. Then saw that I can get a Garmin Overlander with the power switch and get essentially the same thing plus an auxiliary GPS system.
