I damaged a part of my shovel mount on a run. It got introduced to a rather large low hanging tree limb I couldn't avoid. I am in need of a couple of replacememnt parts. Just seeing what help they can be with this.

Ah. I have visited their shop ma y times since they are only about 20 min away from me. Depending on what it is I'm sure they will have skmehhing to fix it. The ratchet part broke off?

Yeah, tore the plastic ratchet strap and bent the hell out of the screw holding it as well.
