FL guy heading to Georgia

New member here from West FL. My girlfriend and I are heading up to Georgia on March 9th for a few days of exploring and camping. We will be taking my 4runner and looking for some fun trails and FS roads to ride. We will be starting out in the Dahlonega area. If anyone has any must see's, it would be much appreciated to hear from you. Thanks.

I'll be following this post for sure!!! We (2 couples) are doing a 4-5 state road trip in May and one of the states we will be exploring in, will be GA. We plan on camping for 2 nights in each state, along w/ exploring, hiking, photography, etc, in each state. Dahlonega is such a great little college town. The wife and I got to visit there for a night, after spending 4 nights on the AT, 2 years ago. Best of luck w/ your trip planning!!!

Thanks for the kind wishes! I'm not much of photographer, but will try to get some good pics to post. I haven't been up there in about 12-15 years for backpacking on the AT as well. Good luck on your adventure in May! Really like your FJ and trailer set up btw.
