I hope they keep Walter Chrysler's name alive. I've been a Mopar fan since my first car, a 1966 Chrysler 300 (with a 383) outran a show-off in a Camaro in front of a pretty girl in the mid 70's.

I actually hated to see the Dodge brothers name removed from the trucks.

And so it goes.

Boy doesn't that sound like a winning proposition in the world.

Everyone knows the French and the Italians are among the world's greatest engineers.



Looks like a great opportunity will be coming in the future. Someone needs to raise the investment capital to purchase Jeep out of this snafu and return it back to being an independent brand. Not yet of course. Give this new combination a decade or so to totally destroy the brand. It will be a better deal then.

In the near term I am sure Toyota is going to be loving this deal.

Toyota might as well come out with a "Tacoma Rubicon" just to rub some salt in Jeep's wounds.

Never in history PSA had a positive impact on whatever. They are the worst and they are a horrible customer to work with.
So let's pray that they don't touch FCA's US brands.
