Does voltage matter to power snomaster fridge when driving?

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and looking for some experience here. I bought a 66 liter snomaster fridge and when I am driving it seems like the voltage inputs are low.
Does this fridge need to maintain a certain level of input power?
