This looks like the oil seal on the stub axle is leaking. With the alloy rim, of course, it's a bit hidden and you might not see it right away. No big deal, but should be done in a timely manner. At the same time, I recommend looking at the drive flanges, stub shafts, stub axles, wheel bearings, etc., if nothing has been done for a long time.
