Hi All,
Just bought a Tacoma, was hoping that the stock TRD Pro model can make it through the trail from Ubehebe crater, through Tea Kettle Junction, and through Lipponcot Pass into Saline Valley and out?

I have no rock slider or winch, but the trail seems mild enough that I think I can do it. Any advise or suggestions?

Thanks,
Art

Yes, I was through Lippincott Pass 2 weekends ago. There are a few sections that are off camber near the top from past slides. Just take your time and don't be in a hurry.

Agree with MonkeyProof. It's the Journey and the Destination. Go slow, air down your tires a bit (20-25 is fine) and watch the rock gardens especially on LIppencott Road.

Also, on Saline from Ubehebe to Lippencott, be mindful on the dirt road. The washboard is rough, but getting up on the side burms can result in flats/torn sidewalls very easily.

Have fun! M
