Chattanooga area off-road camp suggestions

Aside from Prentice Cooper what's your favorite overnight run with a camp spot that has access to water? (Any water )

Ocoee and Cherokee have water access, trails, and dispersed camping. Unfortunately, I find myself cleaning up quite a bit of trash when I head out there.

Tellico Ranger District is my go-to for weekend adventures. The amount of cheap beer and Vienna Sausage cans we pick up is crazy.

Tellico region is also not horribly far from the Chattahoochee NF, just over the GA line.
