Blue Ridge Georgia area overland help

Good day. The wife + my two boys (7+9) packed up the LX and the VMI offroad trailer and left south florida for Blue Ridge GA for a month. Can anyone give some areas that are not crazy technical, but remote that I can drive and setup camp (public lands, not organized campsite). The LX is stock, except for a +1 all terrain tires. The VMI trailer is making its debut, and performed nicely on the highway. The trailer is their smallest version, so very nimble, along w a tepui tent above. Any advice is much appreciated. I just joined the GAIA premium, so I think i may be able to see what others might have done. Thanks for any help!

Download the Georgia Traverse route for some great options. There are several nice campsites west of Blue Ridge on the rigdeline as well as several campgrounds east of there. I’m not sure what roads are open though. I’d make sure to verify that first. Beautiful area - one of my faves!
