Fellow pickup drivers, any recommendations on how to mount my axe and shovel to the bed? I've seen the single rubber brackets, but I was hoping to take advantage of something that could hold both the axe and the shovel at the same time.

I did find some in-bed mounting brackets on eBay that are made for the Ford F-Series. However, I'm sure they would work just fine in my Dakota. Just looking to see what others have done.

5 gallon bucket with other dirty stuff like tent and tie out stakes, chain, etc.

But I also use a small camp shovel and camp hatchet so it all fits easy.

I zapped this up out of scrap and bought the quick fist mounts on amazon. I made it to fit the accessory rails on my Tacoma, but you could probably easily make something similar to attach it to the bed rail on any truck. I also made a bracket for the hi lift jack on the other side of the bed. I was going to paint it after test fitting everything but decided I didn’t really care what it looked like so now it’s rusty.
