One of my favorite YouTube channels for overlanding is 4WD Action. They do an amazing job detailing their adventures around Australia and much of their videos show good techniques.

they ALSO do an excellent job of providing simple recipes to be cooked out on the trail. The videos are hilarious and the food is great.

I hadn’t ever heard of that. I have since ordered both those volumes and am very much looking forward to trying some of those recipes out. I appreciate the suggestion, mate!
