Native application results in multiple misfires
  • Does not load correctly on first view
  • Does not load historical information on overview page
  • Does not load anything in the forums .

Note in your screenshot in the upper left corner, "No Service". The app requires connectivity to function.

Next week we are beginning development of MVP offline mode, and offline maps. Once complete, the app will handle disconnects more gracefully, and allow you to use certain features while offline, like mapping and navigation.

Hey Michael — I didn’t have cell service, but I had wifi, and can confirm that my wifi was working at the time. It might be worth looking at how the app switches between different types of network connections. I’ve noticed that some applications don’t go a great job of automatically switching from cellular to wifi when the cellular service is weak, or drops.

Ok, copy that. Thanks for pointing it out. Still having trouble? We also know (and this is in the near term backlog) we don’t handle logging on to multiple devices well. It will fail. If you get into that situation, you have to log out and log back in.
