Someone suggested I look into a motorcycle trip across baja, and got me thinking if there weren't some more exciting/better options out there. 6-8 able bodied, respectful and responsible men. Would be interested to hear about any sort of overlanding in any location. Appreciate any recommendations.

Rethink Baja! if you're on dirt bikes. You can start in Ensenada, head south along the coast. Run to San Quintin for oysters head to Mikes shy ranch. off to San Felipe and than back to Ensenada. if you want more add Punta San Carlos. and over to Coco's.
Ensenada does have full entertainment options. Places to stay along the way. Good times!!! I would watch when you trip dates and The race schedule. if the perrunning is going on, DO NOT RUN THE COARSE BACKWARD! the prerunning and others are on the gas.
If you are on road bikes, Ensenada to BdLA to Guerrero Negro to Bahai Asuncion or La Bocana or Campo Rene and home or back up 5 to San Felipe and home.
