Wanted 6 Person Tent

Hey Everyone!
I am in need of a much larger tent than what I have for my growing family. And before I drop $$$$ on a new one I was hoping some of y'all had a good one in need of a new home.
What I am looking for.
Capacity: 6 or 8 person
Material: I don't much care as long as its waterproof (This is the northeast, I'm going to get rained on)
I would prefer single wall for ease of set up but for a good deal I can fight with a rain fly.
We have a toddler so easy to set up is key. And I would like to be able to stand up in it. Lightly used with a lot of life left.

I don't have anything available, but I did see this on at Cabela's. It's a 6P for under $300, with a vestibule.

Keep in mind tent capacity ratings are generally based on how many people can cram in shoulder to shoulder with no gear.
