Wasn't planning on doing this upgrade, but @Ncat is a terrible influence on me. Dovetailed my truck bed and installed the SVC Mojave Rear Bumper. Very surprised how much I love this install. Huge increase in departure angle and clearance. Hitch was moved up by roughly 6" and I believe there was some weight savings moving to this bumper. The stock rear bumper with the max tow hitch was a lot heavier than I expected.

It’s true, I am a bad influence :) but what a difference!

How difficult was this to perform? Very interested as I am always draggin my hitch receiver.....
It wasn‘t bad at all to install. The toughest part is trimming the bumper mounts on the frame. You do have to move your spare.

Pretty minor updates. Finally deleted the chrome all of the truck. Took the truck to Soldier Pass in Sedona and was nice going on a trail with not many other trucks. After 8 months also finally got my license plate from the DMV!

Minor updates here and there. Been taking the truck out on little trips here and there. Here are some pics from the past couple of months.

Finally bought a mount for my fire extinguisher instead of letting it sit under the backseat unsecured. I used a bracket made by Desert Does It that fits perfectly under the front seat. Fits real good and doesn't rattle while driving. One thing to keep in mind is that if you have the automatic seats you can't move the seat fully forward anymore.

Probably the last major upgrade to the truck (knock on wood:tearsofjoy:) but got new King 2.5 coilover/shocks front and rear, SPC UCA, and Deaver Springs. I bought them from Filthy Motorsports and highly recommend them. I bought the custom tuning/consultation to make sure it was valved right for the weight of my truck. To my surprise, the owner of the company, Ben, was the one still making the consult calls and we had a good hour conversation on what I wanted. I ended up asking for a more aggressive valving. They even want me to send measurement and pictures after 1000 miles to make sure the springs and everything is good. So far so good, but the suspension is still settling in and will report once I've had them on a trail for a bit.
