I have a 2012 two door JK and I have been looking into a storage system from the company, Goose Gear. Hopefully having it installed in the near future.
It may be a bit pricey, but they make a great plate system for the Jeep with modules to add a refrigerators, stove and storage boxes.

You may also be able to find some great do-it-yourself options from folks on the forums as well.

I took out the rear seat and made a simple platform out of plywood and spray on liner. I do not have a fridge or anything major to take with me while out and about. Storage/tool bags work with my needs for now. Not an end all be all solution, but a cost effective intermediary.
