11.9.1 Afton Canyon Release - See Activity of People You Follow and Quality of Life Improvements

Introducing the the Follow Feed! Now following people in the app will display activity by selecting the "Following" filter above the regular community feed allowing you to engage with your crew!

Recently during a cleanup event we organized with the National Park Service in Mojave National Preserve, Kent Reynolds was yelling orders near Afton Canyon and Firemom was trying to share GPX track data. It became very clear that feature had to be MUCH faster! Now GPX imports can happen without adding any information as a Quick-save. Add info later.

Time has come to see if an old dog can learn some new tricks, have allways been a computer guy and love the forums and the way the website works, (well at least 97.5% of the time..lol) but am seeing so much hard work going into the app, I need to dig in and see if I can become a convert from the old interwebs... @Michael and team, thank you for all the hard work that you have put into making the OB community a great place!

Wow, another release. That is awesome. Thank you for the hard work!

Maybe one more small improvement idea to the:

• Improvement Measure tool

I noticed when using the tool that every time I measure a new distance, the unit jumps back to miles (even if I changed it to kilometers when measuring before). Maybe this can be controlled so that either once changed it stays that way for the session or maybe that the user can set the units per se in the setup?
