    Overland Expo East 2017

Definitely going again this year. The venue is really nice and Asheville, NC a cool little spot for the weekend. I will be there in my Conqueror UEV-490, set up at the show with @ConquerorNorthAmerica4x4 as a demo. I look forward to meeting other members, need some folks close by for adventures...

    Where to Spare?

I'm just now putting Nitto 35s on my Chevy 2500HD after a 5 inch lift. The 5th Nitto will have to wait a bit but plan on it asap and will see what that looks like under or in the bed. OB#3924

    Duramax Cooling with New Bumper

I'm concerned about losing cooling effectiveness with a new front bumper. 2016 2500 HD lifted 5 in and looking at Iron Cross front with wench. I tow a 5K trailer at times, thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using OB Talk

    Where to Spare?

A little input please. I'm in the process of replacing my front and rear bumpers on my Chevy 2500 HD. After a 5 inch lift and 35x12.50 R20 Nitto Trails, I need input on where to put my spare (daily driver too). My first thought would be an integrated rear bumper with swing spare. I will be...

New to the forum scene, SC!

Just joined this week, OB#3924 and here in Charleston as well. I will be looking for others to join, as you said, not as many flat landers around. I'm actively putting together my rig, which includes a Conqueror UEV-490 Caravan (big crew here). Looking forward to meeting others around. Sent...

    What Overland Vehicle?

Thank you for the great ideas. I keep coming back to a HD diesel truck. I've always loved the Excursions with 7.3, getting tough to find.

    What Overland Vehicle?

Agree, diesel is my first thought on a truck. I'm going to start with National Parks and lands to explore. I guess time will tell on the overall combination, but power, breaking and clearance are what I'm most concerned with. The truck would have to double as my everyday driver, but that doesn't...

    What Overland Vehicle?

Thank you, my first instinct was a HD truck but wanted input on overall length and maneuverability. Most everything can be prepacked in the camper, but it's still a large load.
