    CA Bradshaw Trail Closer???

The girlfriend and I were just out there 2/14 thru 2/16. Camped two nights in Red Canyon and ran the Bradshaw Trail to get to Bombay Beach and back. No signs of any closure, and there were other groups out there as well.

Post pictures of your camp kitchen

No fancy slide out kitchen, but I really like my Coleman Camp Kitchen. Plenty of space to prep and cook, and it folds up pretty nice.

    Just another WJ

Also, with the adjustable CA’s you can fix the pinion angle on your front drive line. My lift kit only came with adjustable lowers, but I’m adding adjustable uppers for that reason. BleepinJeep has good YouTube video about it.

    Just another WJ

I have the 4inch Rough Country lift kit (short arm) and struggled with death wobble in the beginning. I have found that my WJ is very finicky when it comes to alignment. If it gets the slightest out of alignment, it‘ll start having tantrums. The other issue I have been experiencing is that it...

    Just another WJ

Awesome write up! Thank you for the pics and details! I have an ‘04 GC Limited that I’ve been working on (slowly, but surely). Setting mine up more for overlanding, but I enjoy hitting some trails as well. Your build is very similar to what I want to do, but not having a garage/shop makes it a...

    What's Still Open?? (Central/Southern California)

I got some of my routes from the forums here - https://www.overlandbound.com/forums/forums/overland-bound-routes-downloadable.29/ I also do a lot of my research on trailsoffroad.com - they review trails in all states and have gpx files for all of the trails.

Where is So Cal are you from?

Lytle Creek is close and has some easy trails that are fun and scenic. I also agree with getting a Forest Service map. There are a lot of mapping apps available to help you plan/route your trips.

US West Ham Radio Weekly NET

It will take a few days. When I first signed up I got the approval email right away, but didn’t get access for about a week. You will get another email letting you know when you can start accessing the system.

    What's Still Open?? (Central/Southern California)

x2 for Big Bear area. We went up there last week and camped for 2 nights (below Running Springs) and it was incredible to get out of the city! Campgrounds are still closed, but dispersed camping is allowed. We are heading up again next week.
