Another cool thing is get some kind of park pass, we have a lifetime national park pass, so we go into the park when needed, to get rid of trash, get water, the park rangers always tell us we can use the showers or whatever. It’s a little expensive if you have to pay the gate fee!
Hi, Dave and Nancy from Cortez, our overlanding dog is Suzy Q. We love traveling and camping and camping and traveling! We overland in a 96 Jeep Cherokee and a 2019 Toyota 4Runner.
I remember our transition from carburetors to fuel injection, even though fuel injection had been around years and years, back in the seventies and early eighties stopping at 9500 ft to change jets in our carburetors!
Leaving Friday for Hemet Ca and then to the coast north of San Diego, then onto the North rim of the GC. We camp in the San Juan’s a lot! Thanks for the welcome!
Maybe we can fit this in, next Friday we head west thru Flagstaff, then on to the dog friendly beaches of California ending on the North Rim of the GC. We have a special place we like to wild camp! Did not know about the Rocky Mountain Rally, now I’m excited about this to! D&N
