This is the exact setup I went with this year. AT's front and MT's rear. Growing up rural America this was the "norm" whether for style purposes or not. I am not sure. I decided while buying tires last week, I would go back to my childhood roots. Lol. I like the look it gives and so far seems to...
I clean most all the pieces and parts with simple green, let them soak overnight sometimes. Get a good set of pipe cleaners. And have fun!! You can find repair kits, seals, glass
pretty easily online. Or even some Wal Mart and Ace hardware stores, Cabelas if you need something same day.
I collect and restore old white gas coleman lanterns and stoves. Pick them up cheap at yardsales. All,my co-workers and friends know to bring me anything coleman. I have a couple friends that are always on the lookout. The way I hooked them is I gave them an old coleman lantern and they love it...
In the past I have made coffee at home, stored in a to-go container and just poured into a pot to heat it up while camping. You don't get the same "smell" of the brewing process. But you get coffee quicker. [emoji3]
I have a large selection Case Knives. I love them!! I carry one at all times. While camping/backpacking/offroading I keep a Gerber Multi Tool with me as well. Depending on what I am doing that day I have a couple Kershaw knives I'll carry as well. The only constant is my Case knives.
Just lead with I am a ASE master and GM master. I wash all engine compartments all the time. Also, not high pressure. Just a good water hose with a good nozzle. Not the pressure washer.
