Had tons of fun at Hollister Hills today! The 4x4 Obstacle Course taught me some lessons about wheeling. Even got muddy and slippery for a few minutes. Good times and I'd for sure come back since there's a lot of parts left to explore.
This is great feedback. I never thought about this. I'll most likely go with a hi-lift jack, tow straps and tree savers for the time being. I need to get attachment points and d-rings too.
I definitely would love to bring a buddy on the trail, but unfortunately none of my friends have off-road vehicles. Since I'll most likely be going alone (gf + dog in Jeep) I'll be skipping anything that looks technical. Will be staying purely on dirt roads most of the time.
Frank Raines looks funs. Thinking of doing a day trip there instead of Hollister since it's a bit closer.

Hollister isn't too far at all. I've been to the Renaissance Faire and back the same day. That faire was awesome! Check it out if you guys haven't.
