Good write up on your site Glen! The Stuck and Abandoned piece really covered some good points. I know here in the States - we've been down many a track that the Topo map (and Google Maps) will show as a through road, only to find it long since vanished into a tangle of trees or transformed into...

    Just Saying Hey

Cody, Your BII would be the 2.9V6 /A4LD auto? They were great little rigs as I recall. I haven't sourced parts lately - but I know World Products used to make improved cylinder head castings for those motors. I think it would make a great little rig for short exploring trips for 2 people...

    Are 5 Lugs enough?

I ran 33/12.5R15's on my old F150 - a 1989 5.8L SuperCab 4x4. In the dozen years I drove that truck, I never had any sort of issues with either wheels or studs, whether offroad & full of camping gear, or overloaded with firewood & motoring down a back road. FWIW - my FJ80 has six-lug wheels...

    Question for Overland Bound(ers)

Robert makes some excellent points above... That last point in particular. If you have a nagging gut feeling - don't attempt it. The Boy Scouts motto is "Be Prepared" - basically, apply that to everything you do.

    2011 KK Liberty Trailer

My son plays Bass! I checked out your music - loved the slap bass on "Bleu Soda" & "Number 9"! Track #3 had a cool Primus-esque vibe to it as well.

    2011 KK Liberty Trailer

That's a nice looking Liberty build! I rarely see those off-pavement around here - even the "Jeep Guys" down here seem to overlook their potential. Love the trailer as well - that's just the kind of thing I could use with out JK.

    My First 80

Sharp looking 80 - it looks awesome on those 35's! It's nice to see another 91 getting prepped for adventure. And picking it up for 1500? Nice... Here's my 80 - "Gojira", getting ready to rise from the deep.
