More power puller or Hi lift jack, E tool (army shovel), something to lay on as you make field repairs ( I have a few pieces of foam flooring puzzle pieces..)

A effin men. I used to be an owner operator in CA. When I was not constantly getting harassed for being the brown driver of a 30 year old pick up truck because I didn't want to get the stains and damage of owning a dump truck into our brand new $50,000 car, they were constantly harassing...
Today I got a flat tire on my 88 F 150. 31" tires on 15s means the jack was too tall to get under the end of the axle , frame is too high to lift the tire adequately..
Then I remembered my tie down straps, cinched it around the now compressed end of the axle, and eliminated the droop.

Gvwr on my 88 F150 is about 6000lbs. It weighs 4850 empty, about the same s wifeys Acadia .

Braking seems to be the only thing affected.
Not even close. Old steel trucks are at least a ton lighter than their plastic nosed new school replacements, while gear weighs the same
