*OVERLAND* is back live. I have created a AllStar Node as well so that more people can connect and not just limited to to EchoLink.

Need to get the *overland* one back online next week and connect them all together.

Node is currently hosted at my house but is down as I am getting us setup with something better. You can connect to W6UXD-R which is also on allstar for anyone who uses it. Going this route will make it so repeaters using allstar can also connect and we are not just stuck in EchoLink

I won't be able to make it after all. I have a birthday party to go to with the Kiddos. I will have to solo run it the week before or after. Thanks for putting this on again.

So I could start this back up on that node I created, but I need some help running the net. If anyone would like to volunteer, maybe we can get a schedule going to alternate between people. Send me a PM if your interested. If I get enough interest will start it up next month.

There is a new EchoLink conference room out there called *Overland*. Now we need some people to run the net as I’ve got small children so not allot of time to run it every month. Also need to get a few people on it and test it out with a group to see how it runs.

This post sparked my interest as I miss the EchoLink nets we use to have. Since I have a homelab I launched a EchoLink conference node. Just waiting for approval now. I’ll keep you all posted and if it works out we may have a dedicated EchoLink conference for overlanding discussions.
