Please upgrade my account #6381. Are we also able to add a profile picture?

Yes you can add a picture it's under you name at the top of the page.
Click your name then in the drop down menu click the third one from the bottom in left hand column where it says "Avatar" after clicking that click the dot that says "use custom avatar" then choose a file and upload it hit "okay" and there you go.
