I was introduced to the outdoors at an early age which led to my getting very involved in backpacking, whitewater rafting/canoeing, caving, rock climbing and mountaineering. I have a passion for spending time in remote places. I regularly teach survival, visual tracking, land navigation, primitive skills and nature awareness.

I've worked many years providing remote/special operations medical support and search & rescue operations around the world in harsh environments ranging from arctic, jungle, desert to high altitude mountains. It goes without saying, I've driven all sorts of vehicles while in these environments.
