Airing down is abt the size and strength. Just not what's too small. I had a 15" wheel on my XJ so a 33" had plenty of sidewall. Never aired, since most of its life was on the street. Hopefully, I'll change that with my F150

Ready lift 3"...got em from Stage 3 for $99. Good advice on the tires...I saw that the factory ones weigh 39lbs and the Nitto Ridge Grapplers I like at 69lbs. 120lbs of unsprung weight is a lot especially for my DD truck.

Thanks for sharing your build. I've got a 2016 F150 XLT, 2.7. How do you like the ride with Halos up front and Bilsteins on the back? The 5100 rears are a $100 cheaper the the Halo rears.

Great rack! But you have to drill into your bed and install nutserts. Not a big deal just something to consider. Voodoo and RCI racks are no drill.
