I'm over in Toluca . A playlist of my exploring so far. Trails start 20 minutes from where I am staying. I love it so far.

This is opening already existing roads to ORV use. If you already had a road going vehicle with a license plate, ie. every overlanding vehicle, this is kind of meaningless unless you own a quad or side by side. There is zero new trails for cars and trucks.
