I grew up in Millville and just finished reconstructing the runway.

It's wasn't bad, there were a few sloppy sections. My 17 Tacoma OR didn't have any problems. I've seen the lake from the road, but didn't realize it was that big. Is the airport for small planes or remote control planes or both?

I did this part of the trail this afternoon.

I ran the piece from Atsion Lake heading northeast in January after one of the weekends of rain. There was a little bit of flooding across the trail, but didn't have any problems. I did bypass the section after the blueberry farm memorial.

Try Cape Woods in Buxton. It's about an hour south of Nags Head not far from the Cape Hatteras light house.
