tried them once. terrible ride. also had a bead get stuck in in the valve stem after airing down woke up to a completely flat tire. sounded like there is a special valve stem the shop giant install went back to the shop and had them removed and refunded

will be traveling from southern CA to Bend for the expo. Looking for ideas and places of good camping and trails along the way. ideally want to stay close to the coast as possible since most of our trips are in the sierras and the mojave.
so far i do have 1 dent with a tear where a lawn mower (not mine) kicked a rock into it. so far rest of the rash hasn't torn the wrap i'm sure if the brush is sharp and jagged enough it could the wrap does still show rash but just in the wrap material the shop that did mine saved the pattern...
