Anybody have a problem with a frozen starter after some water crossing the previous day? Any tips or tricks to prevent that from happening?

I own a 99 Trooper with 205,xxx miles and I'd say is that you will need to adjust the cylinder head valves because they have solid lifters instead of hydraulic ones. I rebuilt my engine when bought It cause my valve burnt through.
Not much aftermarket support is the biggest issue. They say the automatic tranys die but mine is manual so I don't worry about that.
When it comes to manual transmissions they lack internal replacement parts.
If you get one with 180+ miles you will need a head job done.

Mounted the winch in, perfect fit.
Welded some supports under the winch plate.
Using 4"x5/8 bolts to hold everything in place.
1/8" Sheet metal to cover up, was gonna go with tubing, but since the center turned out so bulky it would've looked odd.
