    Going to be taking my Land Rover from just west of Houston, Texas to Calgary, Alberta, in September anyone know of some good spots to check out on the way?

    There are a lot of great spots in Alberta along the forestry trunk rode. I'm sure you were looking for more spots along the way from Texas to Alberta. I would like to hear how you make out though, I may be doing the reverse trip in spring and would like to hit some remote camp spots.

    well remotes spots are kinda hard in Texas unless you travel way west, Big Bend national park and the Texas hill country is always a good time.
    As far as traveling around Alberta we travel up Ram Falls and Nordegg recently, going to try and spend a few weekends out that way fishing this coming summer
