If you can get to where it’s treaded into the frame or nut PB Blaster and let soak at least a day then weld a oversized nut to the head of the bolt
between the PB Blaster and the heat from welding it should back out
This has worked for me before best of luck
My rig is also my tow rig so it’s only a 3500lb for pulling stranded vehicles onto car trailer
but have used it once for recovery with a pulley block
since I ran power to the rear I also put a Anderson plug for jumper cables
One controller two panels had questions on install
Other than a long wait on hold to get to someone customer support was very knowledgeable and helpful
Been on my rig almost two years now with no issues
